• The receivables should be transferable and collectible without any legal restrictions
• Between Borrower and Debtor does not exist any kind of economic connection
• The monthly average turnover (on yearly basis) on the factoring line should be more than BGN 100.000
• Conditions of differed payment - up to 180 days
